Apply now to volunteer at the Marie Lundmark Trophy!
The third-ever Marie Lundmark Trophy, part of the ISU Synchronized Skating Challenger Series, will be held at Gatorade Center in Turku on 7–8 February 2026. This event is one of the most exciting competitions of the season, as it is the teams’ final international opportunity to earn points toward World Championship qualification. The event would not be possible without our amazing volunteers, whose contribution is invaluable to the success of the competition. That’s why we are once again looking for energetic and motivated volunteers to help create an unforgettable event.
As a volunteer, you will become part of an international sporting event and get a close-up view of how a major competition is built. There are many different roles available – ranging from social media duties to construction, audience guidance, and assisting the athletes. There is certainly a suitable role for everyone, whether you are a first-timer or an experienced volunteer.
Our best volunteers are cheerful, service-minded, and reliable. Above all, they want to provide visitors with the best possible experience, even during long competition days. Priority in volunteer selection will be given to those who can participate for at least two days (Sat-Sun). Please note that some shifts may begin before the actual competition days and end the day after the event. Volunteers must be 18 years old at the start of their assignment. We require Finnish language skills, and additional language skills are considered an advantage.
Volunteering is unpaid, and each volunteer is responsible for their own accommodation and travel costs. The volunteer café, provided by the organizer, is open to all volunteers regardless of shift length. The volunteer café offers coffee, tea, and small sweet and savory snacks.
Volunteering offers the chance to meet new people, learn new things, gain valuable experience, and – above all – be part of building an unforgettable event atmosphere together with others. Welcome to the team!
You may express interest in up to three different volunteer roles. In the selection process, we will prioritize applicants who are able to participate in multiple shifts during the event. To apply, you must commit to at least two (2) shifts. Shifts will be planned and assigned for each selected volunteer closer to the event based on their chosen role.
Register by 15 January 2026 by filling out the application form.
